[Ingredients]
Mushroom 2pcs
King Oyster Mushroom 1pc
Tofu 1pc
Sichuan Chilli Paste 3tbsp
Tempeh 1tbsp
Chilli Powder 1tsp
Sichuan Green Red Pepper
Light Soy Sauce 1tbsp
Yellow Rice Wine 2tbsp
Corn Flour 1tbsp
Ginger
Garlic
[Steps]
Boil Tofu in water with a little salt for 2 min
Pan-fry Ginger and Garlic
Add Mushroom and King Oyster Mushroom and continue frying
Then add Sichuan Chilli Paste with Tempeh, Chilli Powder and Sichuan Green Red Pepper
Add Yellow Rice Wine, Light Soy Sauce, Mushroom water and a little Sugar
When the sauce boils, add Tofu and cook for another 2~3 min
Add Corn Flour Water and boil for a while more
