I do think we'll get a proper electro team soon, like how AISNO fixed bleed and introduced summon synergy. If someone wanted to pull Don for his electro team potential I suggest not giving up hope and just pull and wait. At least he's good as a dps unit, bless AISNO for that.

Can you explain me how electrocution mechanic works?

There's an explanation in Iron's P1: [Electrocution]: lasts for 10 seconds. Enemies with [Electrocution] are shocked when taking Ultimate damage, receiving (30% of the damage dealer's Attack damage) as Magic Damage and reducing 1 stack of [Electrocution]. This is why you use Oak because her Ult hits multiple times so she can deplete more Electrocution stacks. If you have Don on-field, his Mania Intensify converts all the Electrocution damage from Magic to Physical.

Oak seems really good for it since she's able to detonate so many stacks because her Ult hits so many times while being high dmg, and she gets 3 Ults Other characters maybe Stargazer? Etti? But they are Magic and Don is converting the Electrocution dmg to Phys so doesn't seem the best But even still, not a mechanic that's worth playing around
