you will need months to get to AR60 so you don't really need them to increment the AR yet. F2P first day players are getting to AR60 just this month (or the last month). So, F2P that didn't played for months or that didn't used all their resin every day must expect the same time they didn't played (or resin didn't used) to get to AR60.

a tip : use barbara or qiqi as a healer and have enough eggs to revive everyone (10 - 14+) and after defeating enemies heal yourself to max hp i did this during the ar 35 ascension quest it took me 5 tries until i used this method i learned her healing thing also boost dmg and if 3 my characters dead i die too so ii can respawn with all so now i keep healing food and 90 eggs with me

i was doing this with level 40 beidou , xinque , bennet and lvl 60 electro traveller , I completed the first stage and went to the second part completed that and when i was in the same place as in 2:28 i accidently press home button ( in mobile phone ) and when i came back to the game it had me do from the start .
