Genzuki is definitely a guy. But his ability to swap voices is incredible. Fairys is voiced by a man, but plays a woman. Like Tamaki but reversed. I watch Pakael quite a bit but I can't make heads or tails of their gender. Looking back at their debut makes me think they're a girl? Regardless they're all very entertaining. It's called Ryouseirui 両生類, it used to be really popular with utaites and voice prankster doing it in the past, there are even lots of tutorials if you want to try it but it's all in Japanese also it takes a lot of times to practice usually a few months to get at least decent in it with exceptions for those with talent
