Thanks for watching. If you want one with backlight, capacitance, diode, NCV, and Inrush current Peak Hold measurements in addition to the usual DMM functions, the KEW2127R is better. If you want one that is simpler to operate, lightweight with slim clamp jaws, the Hioki CM3289 is better. I suggest that you download all the user manuals and documents of both to also help you decide which one meets your requirement.

Maybe you can take a look at the tes 2900 dmm,, its features are similar to fluke 87v and more. Here in ph it can be purchased at Alexan electronics,, they have store in shopee. Im planning to buy it but Im waiting for a review.

Looks like it's made in Taiwan and yes, so far there's no review of it. The multi line display looks nice in the photo, though.

If you don't need to test DC current the 2127R is better. But if you need to measure DC current, consider the Kyoritsu KEW 203 (up to 400A capacity). In fact, the cost of the KEW 2127R and KEW 203 together would still be less than the cost of the KEW 2046R alone. I suggest reading up on their online specifications to make sure they meet your specific Measurement Category.

The published accuracy of the 2127R seems to be better than the 2046R. You can see and compare the details on their website. In actual use, I find the 2127R easier to handle. I believe one of the reasons for this is that the 2127R is a newer model.
