目前为止，看过的饰演两情相悦的情侣最真实、不做作、不尴尬的一部剧，而且还正能量满满，剧终时邢克垒问米佧，是否接受一个不完全属于你的人？特别真实，不像很多爱情剧，只要两人相爱，肯定表现出全部属于对方。他俩人的场面重复看了很多次，尽管有剧情不合理的地方，但是瑕不掩瑜，自认为是部好剧！！！

yes i wished that to although xia and captain shu are officially married and xia is pregnant but i wanted to see xin kelei and mi ka's wedding and children maybe but its okay im still happy first it felt that 40 ep are too long i thought i cant complete or will drop in the middle like i do with most dramas but the plot and cast and everything abt this drama has kept me till the last so seeing a happy ending really fills my heart with joy and thank u to the director for making this amazing drama and thanks to all the actors and actresses 🧡🧡❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤💛💙💜💙💜❤

The writers created two leading characters with strength, courage and honor in every decision they made with no back peddling or blaming others for their faults or failures.. 虽然有人说最后两集很拖沓，但我特别特别喜欢最后两集。我是看了三遍，前两遍每次看40集开头都要哭。我是一个喜欢看重案六组或者真实案件的人，觉得最后几集多放了一些案件具体内容很好啊~ 并且我认为这部剧是甜蜜恋爱剧+医生警察正能量剧的完美结合，是一个很好的尝试！特别是最后还升华了一下主题，提到社会中各行各业默默守护着大家的人。 就连细节都做的好极了！大毒枭也是立体的塑造了一番。他一直是智商在线，只是在犯罪道路上走远了。他看到邢克垒抵错刀马上就知道去看手米卡手机。抓捕过程中毒枭看到有人摔跤面色不对，就要检查是不是有人躲在车下，当然咱警察也不是吃干饭的，自己马上做好掩护。这个毒枭对老弱病残完全没有恻隐之心，但是对自己的弟弟亲情也是割舍不下的。包括后面有个毒贩被击中倒地以后警察立刻就踢走毒贩手上的枪也是不错的细节。 说完群演说说男女主吧。这俩真的心有灵犀，夫妻档max，两人几个眼神就能沟通。在警察们靠近大巴时候，米佧弄掉毒枭弟弟的监测仪发出响声分散车上歹徒们的注意力，给外面的部署争取宝贵的时间。 米佧不在像第一集那么慌张，这次她沉着冷静。米佧也成长了，从之前邢克垒做手术就哭的不行，到现在至少一边哭一遍能给邢克垒做急救。另外，米佧这次回来气质真的变了。之前虽然也是医生但是总有种少女气息在，2年过后之前邢大队长说过的“米医生气质优雅”的感觉极具提升。可能是着装、妆容和演员的塑造上都做了调整吧。邢克垒呼吸困难握住把手那挣扎着带着血的手，还有米佧扎了一针之后恢复呼吸的那一瞬间都演的超级好。看了感觉不能呼吸的是我自己，代入感太强了。还有他俩说“建民医院 张建林” “仁心医院 米佧”握手的时候和地震那次相认确定关系握手多像啊！我也超级爱抗震救灾他俩被困矿井里到出来相认的那段！也是能给我感动哭的！我不知道什么是爱情，但是米佧和邢克垒这种信仰相同的爱情我真的超级超级羡慕！ 我认为米佧最后看到有小偷上前阻拦不算人设崩塌吧。她又没有上帝视角，她就觉得自己看到了偷窃的行为。恰恰这个行为是体现米佧没有变，她还是那个想医治全世界的小女孩，想尽可能帮助他人。好心办坏事的例子还不多吗，刚进急诊不就干错过一次？只不过暴露毒贩这个环节的台词好像是有点尬，而且警察就直接上去帮毒贩结尾这不立刻就暴露身份了？如果编剧这里本来是想表达快到边境线了但大鱼还没暴露，是米佧这么一闹引出了车上的大鱼并且保护群众抓捕毒枭成功的情况，我觉得可能剧情还需要再磨一下。我们看起来是有点突兀哈哈哈。

最后的毒枭确实是给了不错的人设安排，对得起他终极大boss的身份。 但邢克垒受伤是编剧强行给他降智了。 他不应该在没有完全控制罪犯的情况下先分心去拉女友的。女友当时倒在座椅上又没有危险。

This is the first chinese drama i can say i truly enjoyed from start to finish. Proper character development and a well thought out and executed plot. No complicated love triangles and squares and octagons etc. Just a beautiful story of love and we see the characters grow together. Also the length was not tooo bad. I usually get tired out by these 40+ episode long sagas that are then 1hr and 15 mins per episode, sheesh. This was just lovely.

Everything about this drama is good from storyline, plot twists, character development and the way the actors and actresses play their role. No cringe moment and irrational arguments that would actually waste big amount of time to just make the story long and running which are very common to most stories. I love how they show the interdependence of different professions to safe lives. The professionalism, courage, respect and bravery. It doesn't have super villains and kontrabida to give viewers plot twists. It's all about making decisions in realistic situations. Such pure and wholesome scenes with a lot of lessons. The leading couple shows us how to have a mature relationship and what it feels like to have one. This cdrama will always have a special place in list of favorites. By the way, I came to watch this because of Sandra Ma's acting and her chemistry with Peter sheng after watching Oh My General. But, after watching couple episodes of this drama, I fell in love with her chemistry again but this time with Bai Jing Ting. Their acting is so flawless. Like real couple. Sometimes it feels like we're invading their privacy whenever they talk in the apartment, in Xing Kelei's car, or even in front of the hospital. Their acting is so good that I don't see Sandra Ma and Bai Jing Ting here. I see Mi Ka and Xing Kelei. Sure enough, I'm gonna come back and watch this again.

This drama is a straight shooter - no breakup, no 3rd party involvement, no inappropriate quarrel! The chemistry between Captain Xing and Mi Ka is off the charts - heartwarming! The romance between Captain Shu and Xia is simple yet uplifting. Persistence is best description as it grows in fruition. Needless to say about Dr. Shao and Keyao, after many years they still love each other wholeheartedly ❤. They stand by each other! This drama exceeded my expectations in every level. Would never think in a million year, this drama is a BOMB! Couldn't get enough of it! Much love and support from California, USA 🇺🇸 ❤

This drama honestly.... The pacing of the drama, acting (also hats off to the actor of Shu Wen Bo because he perfectly acted the awkwardness and just overall personality of the character), OSTs, everthing honestly, was near perfect. I don't think I've ever watched a drama similar to this. They give such respect and screentime to depict the lives of doctors and policemen, while still maintaining enough time for the three main couples. My favourite couple is definitely the second lead! There are no frustratingly obvious additions of a second lead which causes misunderstandings between the any of the couples just to add drama. And I love love love that! The main couple is written well as two real people who have their own lives, and their love isn't the one thing in their life, they trust each other and support each other in the most respectful way. Hella amazing job to the whole cast and crew who were involved in this process. It was an amazing drama!!!

I love this drama. Absolutely the best. The story bi-line from start to finish, as well the actors portrayal of the characters was indeed gratifying. The real life situations portrayed throughout the drama were point on. There were so many scenes throughout the drama that were emotional tear jerkers!
