Anyone explain why he’s just fishing till the line snaps and the rare catch? I don’t understand why he’s doing that

I don't play myself so I don't know for sure but, I assume you can tell whether it'll be a good catch or not when the fish hooks on the line, if it's a bad catch it would be better to just snap the line straight away and go for the next fish as he is only really going for 1 specific fish. The rare catch "Katsuo" I think I saw in a previous video gives a title (basically just an achievement).

Katsua is rare so it should be harder to fish(I hope). So when the fish feel too easy, its faster to break the line and go for a new one. Its something you resort to when you want to maximize your grinding lol

Katsuo is DAMN hard to reel in, the meter barely progresses while reeling in, so if the line is moving remotely fast, snapping it is much more efficient if you want to get Katsuo faster

I doubt Hinano is on a laptop where it's easily switched 😅 on desktop they have separate display outputs. Sometimes there's bugs in games that result in low clock speeds/GPU usage though which is what this sounds like.

yea i think her gpu broke, overheat or something so she was cleaning the PC while try to fix it.

Some games say that they're not using the graphics card when looking at the task manager, but if using an nvidia card for example, you can look at the GPU usage through their dedicated in-game overlay which will ACTUALLY show the proper GPU usage. Hope this helps!
