마치 회사에 반려동물을 데려갈 수 있는 것이 더 발전된 기업문화이고, 반려동물을 데려갈 수 없게 하는 기업문화는 폐쇄적이고 열등하고 진보하지 못한 것이라고 생각하시는 분들이 많은 것 같네요. 하지만 저는 다른 생각입니다. 동물 털에 알러지가 있는 사람도 있고, 동물을 싫어하거나 혹은 무서워하는 사람들도 있어요. 반려동물 출입을 금하는 것은 이런 사람들에 대한 배려로 작용하기도 합니다. 반려동물을 데려갈 수 있고 없고의 기업문화는 우월과 열등의 문제가 아닙니다. 그냥 서로 다른 문화일 뿐이에요.
