This is my very first attempt at subbing so please forgive me if it isn't up to standard. Seeing how I cannot find any full clip where Suzu had to choose between Mackenyu and Shuhei in this particular event, I decided to record it off another website and sub it.
I claim no credit in the hardcoded chinese subtitles as they were done by someone else/another team. I only translated what I understood from the chinese subtitles to English so that international fans can understand the cute trio's fictitious love triangle.

Suzu must be considerate when she choose Macken, because he is single while Shuhei is already taken.
