Ouyangyu was perfect gentleman but he never had a chance due to two family background and he appeared too late in Zhuoyifeng's life.

I’ve watched the series more than a few times and i finally finished the book a night ago. Book is much more darker and Muyun is more sexually aggressive to Niafeng but definitely a happy ending. They were apart for 2 years while Muyun went to study business school at Harvard but i think they saw each other every 2-3 months. He wanted her to go see him every week (using Ouyang’s private jet lol) but she was in medical school and couldn’t do it. They only had a Chinese wedding though cause he didn’t want western style wedding because it revealed too much skin lol Also, someone did make her a watch but it wasn’t Muyun. It was Ouyang’s bodyguard who made her an ovulation watch when she and Muyun got engaged, which Muyun definitely took advantage of lol 🤣🤣🤣🤣 The book ended 10 years later and they had a daughter. Im not sure if they also had a son who is in training but it was really hard to read cause the translation was super bad but that is what i got from it.
