Hello everyone, I'm Shibasaki, a watercolor artist. Today I painted on the theme of Rokkakudo (Hexagonal temple) and the magnificent view of Idura, Ibaraki, which was loved by Tenshin Okakura, who built the foundation of Japanese modern art. I will show you how to paint and how to create a picture by taking advantage of the characteristics of watercolors. Please relax and watch it all the way to the end.

六角堂には３．１１（地震･津波）を挟んで２回足を運びました。先生の絵からは、津波の被害を受ける前の『潮騒の中の落ち着いた佇まい』が感じられ、素敵です。主役を引き立てバランス（構図、色、タッチ等）が絶妙！横山大観や菱田春草たちもきっと喜んでいると思います。😷

一昨年亡くなった母と十四、五年前に行きました。津波で六角堂が流されたとニュースで知り、とても残念に思ったものでした。すぐ近くの古い旅館にとまり、若い画家たちが学んだ建物など興味深く拝見しました 思いがけなく懐かしい場所の絵を描いていただき、胸がいっぱいです。 ありがとうございました。 私もいっぱい描いていきます🙋

pops must have gone to a lot of places in his youth, that's temple looks very beautiful, wouldn't be surprised if it's often visited by artists. the way it stands alone by the cliff looks very peaceful, watching pops paint really does put me at ease..
