Method:
(1) Soak Tapicoa pearls (sago) in water for 2 hours, filter the water, add sugar and vegetable oil and mix well.
(2) Grease aluminum cups with oil; roll red bean paste into balls, sandwich between layers of Tapioca pearls.
(3) Steam for 13 min, cool for 20 min and remove from the cups. Enjoy!
西米盞做法:
(1) 西米浸水2小時濾水, 下白糖-菜油拌匀.
(2) 盞掃油; 紅豆沙分成小圓粒(桂圓核大小), 排碟雪藏.
(3) 每個盞放入半盞的西米, 上面中間放入紅豆沙, 再復蓋上西米至滿盞.
(4) 蒸13分鐘出鍋,凉凍20分鐘,脫模. 凍吃為宜.
