They can laugh at the same things and make each other laugh!! That's a BIG bonus in a relationship, whatever relationship that is. They're more like buddies or best of friends. And that's ONE of the BEST things in LIFE - the gift of friendship. I fell in love with their characters in the series "The Romance of Tiger and Rose." It reminded me of a time in my life when you were young, single, available and just enjoying your young adult life. I hope that both of them can find true happiness!!!

on and off screen they have a genuine chemistry. But its not the romantic kind but more the "friend" kind. The best thing about it is, they both seem to feel very comfortable and not minding being in the "friend zone". Such a great chemistry between two actors is very rare and should not be wasted. There is definitely room for another romcom with these two.

Ding Yuxi was saying Shanghainese, for those who do not know what language/dialect Ding Yuxi was saying when doing the re-enactment scene with Zhao Lusi. As an ABC with Shanghainese as my second language (I am a heritage speaker) after english, I very happy it is getting more recognition and love it deserves on Chinese & global social media ;)

Since the 1850s, owing to the growth of Shanghai's economy, Shanghainese has become one of the fastest-developing languages of the Wu Chinese subgroup and largest single form of Wu Chinese. Wu Chinese is the most ancient of the six major southern Chinese varieties, tracing its origin to more than 3,000 years ago when princes of that time established the state of Wu. After 1949, the government imposed Mandarin (Putonghua) as the official language of the whole nation of China, the dominance and influence of Shanghainese began to wane, along with Chinese economic reform began in 1978, meaning a lot of migrants all over China and foreigners come to work and stay in Shanghai, therefore, a lot more people do not speak Shanghainese and there was not a huge need(Shanghai is known as one of the most westernised and international city in China today,) also due to this phenomenon, next generations of Shanghainese children mostly borns 90s after cannot speak Shanghainese and prefer to speak mandarin at home. The Shanghainese language is already documented down in books, as the language is continued to fade (basically a dying language at this point). In conclusion, RIP my heritage language and my bleeding heart knowing that the future generations and my currently generation is becoming more and more unable to speak the language of what their parents spoke, a very bleak future waits ahead if no drastic change happens in the next decade or so, people in the mainland got to do more to preserve their languages if they want past it down to future generations.

Because of their natural, funny and cute relationship on and off cam, I can't watch Intense Love though I do love and support Rosy and Ryan as love team and as individual actors😌. No offense meant to the fans of the other drama. I have nothing against all other leading ladies of Ryan Ding before and even in his upcoming shows. It's just that their tandem caught me really hard. Simply love them so much that I want them to be a couple in real life 😅. As to their characters as Tiger and Rose, yes I feel like Cian Cian and Han Shuo resemble a lot of Rosy and Ryan in real life and they naturally click a lot! I've always love actors who provide a light and cheerful atmosphere to people like Rosy, and here's Ryan, the reserved at first type but can really be fun when being comfortable with his co-actors. A new drama starring them still as main leads is very much fine with me. By the way, thank you for the english translation. ❤️
