When you meet a lot of people it's important your body and mind aligned with what you do or with any rituals. There are people out there who talks about love, peace and equality and at the same time very violent to themselves like violating their body and spirit doesn't make sense. I'm super sensitive when it comes to feeling peoples energy so it's important for me to be prepared mentally because if I go in a room and there's a bunch of negative energy or sad energy my body can feel it and I'd be absorbed and when I come home im defeated tired even restless. Meditation, taking care of your self like hygiene and eating well helps. I myself, I don't eat out I really cook my own food. I don't trust restaurants I don't know what people do in their kitchen or even just not knowing where they get their food but that's just me. My bf is a model people different people touchés his face his hair his body...its a part of his job. Even seats in airplanes. I'm maybe just too much. Protect your energy. When people touch your face and hair make sure they wash their hands. I don't let anyone touch my face and hair. I'm very selective with that. But anyway, that's just me. Energy is everything even in that salt by figure of speech. Energy everywhere... When you are tense and you feel heavy take a good shower, do some prayers and let go what doesn't feel right or belong to you and make sure to protect your energy. Be mindful of your time and energy. I always meditate, run, yoga, or taking a bath for relax. I believe that not good things for my mind is tend to put on outside of my body. for me, taking a bath is effective for reflesh🫧
