like y'all maybe i'm being biased from being a melanin queen, but tan skin looks great and honestly the more naturally darker you are, the less chances you have of getting skin cancer from uv rays and all that dumb crap

I'm also being bullied for being dark skinned, and whenever they compliment me, there's always a "but" that comes after (pretty but dark, smart but dark blah blah) and I hate it. Just like you, I know that I am beautiful. I just hate how the society see otherwise just because I'm dark. And I don't get equal opportunity as those who have fair skin.

@@chaoseja_GreyArcher literally facts right there. i know completely how you feel when someone compliments but there is always a but and comment on ur skin color. i'm pretty dark and my skin is about the same color of milk choc. if not darker and even tho i'm still having struggles im learning to love myself. I know how having a darker complexion leaves you to be cast aside even though you could have higher qualifications then someone. But know that there are many people that appreciate you and will see your complete and true self.
