Nothing correct or not, if aroi and you can eat or you like it. It is good👍 😊
Plam sugar mostly stick on pestel 😂 next time mix everything until you get your favorite taste then put papaya later and mix them together, anyway your first time you did well 박수 👏👏👍
Ingredients: 1 medium green papaya (for tastier using a bit of mixed colour green papaya is recommended, but not ripe papaya) 2-4 Thai chillies (adjust to taste) 2-3 cloves of garlic (If Chinese garlic 1 or 2) 1-2 tomatoes, cut into wedges 2 tablespoons dried shrimp (optional) 2 tablespoons roasted peanuts yard-long beans trimmed A handful of cherry tomatoes (optional) Prepare Salad dressing base: Mixed-well, you can use it as much as you want based on the recipe. 1 tablespoon palm sugar 2 tablespoons, lime juiced 2 tablespoons fish sauce Equipment: Mortar and pestle (preferred) or a large mixing bowl Instructions: 1) Prepare the Papaya: Peel the papaya and shred it into thin strips using a grater. 2) Pound the Chilies and Garlic: In the mortar, add the chillies and garlic. Pound them together until they form a coarse paste. 3) Add Flavorings: Add the salad dressing based to the mortar. Pound and stir with the pestle to dissolve and combine the flavours. 4) Add roasted peanuts and pound a bit, then add yard-long beans, tomatoes, dried shrimp, mixed well 5) Very important to add shredded papaya for the last to the mortar. Use the pestle and a spoon to mix and pound the papaya lightly. The goal is to bruise the papaya so it soaks up the flavours. 6) Optional: add fresh or boiled shrimp, salmon Final Touches: Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed. You might need more sugar, lime juice, or fish sauce depending on your taste. Serve: Transfer the salad to a serving dish. Sprinkle with roasted peanuts. Serve immediately. Tips: - The balance of flavours is key in Som Tum. It should be a harmonious blend of sour, sweet, salty, and spicy. - You can add other ingredients like carrot strips - For more delicious, you can make a salad dressing base, using palm sugar, pickled garlic juice, fish sauce, and a bit of tamarind liquid then heat until becomes a bit thick (The taste should be sweet, salty, and sour, respectively) when you mix it for a dish of Som Tum, Not need to add sugar and fish sauce, just add a bit of lime. However, you can you this salad dressing base for another salad, for example, Yum Ma-Ma, or Yum Seafood.
