To avoid any misunderstanding about this video, I want to clarify: Japan has a deep history, culture, and traditions. We're not demanding that game developers fully understand these and create a game that's entirely without error from a Japanese perspective. In fact, Ghost of Tsushima has historical inaccuracies, but few Japanese people express anger about them. This is because the Ghost of Tsushima development team stated they "wanted to create a game that wouldn't offend Japanese users" and sought help from experts in Japanese culture and customs, as well as SIE's localization team. They had a desire to represent Japan as accurately as possible while making a game set in Japan. Moreover, they didn't claim this was Japanese history, stating, "We want to create enjoyable entertainment, not a history lesson." We can feel their respect for Japan. In contrast, AC Shadows, despite setting their game in Japan, created it without knowing Japanese history. @@bryanmerel Yeah bit of the old sarcasm there my friend. Ghost of Tsushima handled that story incredibly well, and they could of expanded on the inner struggle when such a choice is made. They didn't like that idea because there wasn't enough of a sexual or racial message within that idea. So rinse and repeat as usual.

@2TONESKY What made GoT work is that they were clear from the very beginning that it was a historical fantasy. Most of their characters are fictional. And to top it all that, they put in true effort to be as respectful and faithful to the Japanese culture as possible. Not even mentioning the visible overwhelming passion thar was put in to the game itself by the devs. AsCreed Shadows was the inverse of GoT.

it's a great song! As an Asian, I've been long waiting for a far east game. Ubisoft is good in incorporating their fictional characters into local historical events & figures in every assassin's creed, but not this one. I know they are not familiar with Japanese culture, but at least they should conduct detail research before stepping into this new setting. 20the から始まる人のコメント内の動画見ました。弥助(黒人)でもええねんはやはり懸念を抱いてしまいます。ロックリーの小説でも弥助(黒人)上げ、白人(イエズズ会)上げ、一方で日本と日本人下げ。ACも発売前ながら見事にはまります。お辞儀させた事でも爆発する日本人ならボコボコにされそうな気もしますがこれからの時代気をつけなければいけないですね。私達は「レイシスト」という言葉を使って殴ってくる白人を短期間に二人も見てしまった。
