Literally one of my favorite veggies as well! My own recipe is : just grill on the casted iron skillet with olive oil, salt and black pepper! I have never tried the Hollandaise sauce…. It got so much butter in it, looks yum tho…. I probably gonna try the air fryer recipe tomorrow! Awwww
I like my asparagus blench 45 seconds in rolling boil water , remove from boiling water, set aside. Heat a wok or frying pan with oil, add in chopped garlics, chopped Shallots , chopped yellow onion, and bacon bites. Cook until soft, then toss in asparagus season with salt and pepper. It’s very flavorful. (I use the bacon drips to cook the onion, garlic, and shallot)
