The silent supporting stone has not been mentioned. @joyteti - Please tame your ignorance - read the story of how Africans ended up as slaves in Europe and North America. There were no modern day version aéroplanes… river Nile played a huge part and Egypt was the gateway… are you aware there are Kambas who settled in Paraguay?
