Precious teaching! When I had my encounter with Jesus, the Lord instructed me to daily pray in the Spirit for two hours, the first hour was to put my emotions and carnality under submission, and the second hour to energize my spirit.... At the beginning I thought I was going to go crazy... it was so very difficult for me! (by the way, I had attention deficit disorder and hyperactivity... so you can imagine), but as I obeyed... He did a marvelous work in me. He delivered me, healed me, did wonders in my life. I know I must do it - I need to do it. It´s good to wake up very early for that so there are no distractions! He also told me to ask Him to give me spiritual songs to worship Him. Every time, He gives me a new song... beautiful songs - What is born or originated in Him is perfect, and pleases Him! So I don't sing what I want, I ask Him to give me the song every time! It is beautiful.

This is the first time I have ever ever been given a “How to“ on how to engage with my imagination and meditate on the things of God to activate my worship. Other ministers I’ve heard preach at or around this subject and assume, I guess, that the listener knows what they’re talking about.

Rewarder of those who diligently seek Him. The daily process 1. Psalm 100. Psalm 95. Loud, thanks giving. Sacrifice of praise. Gratitude. Choice about what stirs you. Praise until the spirit of worship is on you. Wait until the spirit of worship. Body, soul and spirit flow with God. 2. Staying in commune. Application 1. Music, noise, old songs. Hezekiah every praise to God. Stir. Worship, good good father. 2. Pray in tongues. 3. Engage with mind to be connected with God. Focus intention. Meditation helps focus. Use imagination.
