Engin I think you should allow the big matches (Prudnik and Ermes vs Dave and Devon) To be 5/6 rounds It sounds like the competitors would like it and viewers would like it too

It is currently a 5 round event. 5 rounds is already too many. Tbe ONLY reason for having even 5 rounds is entertainment value, but entertainment value should NOT be the primary factor in determining the winner. Rather, the winner should be determined by peak performance, NOT by the best average performance. At the most, matches should be 3 rounds. Anything more 3 rounds de-prioritizes peak performance and makes armwrestling an endurance sport determined by averages...and it should not be this way. In every other sport, especially strength sports, the winner is always determined by whoever has the absolute best performance,, NOT by who has the best average performance. Imagine the world's fastest man LOSING the race because he didn't have the best average time over 6 races. Or, imagine the world's best bench presser losing because he was no longer the strongest after 6 attempts. Imagine a strongman contest being judged this way...or any sport, really. I could go on...and on...and on with examples, but you get the point. So no, we should NOT have even more rounds. 5 rounds is already too many as it is. I care more about determining who the best athletes are than I do entertaining people. This is the way all sports should structured, especially strength sports. 3 rounds would be ideal.

hopefully devon really pull prudnyk! I mean he is litterly doing what he did before and for the Levan match and that is tabletime! He traveling and pulling for hours against better opponents than he pulled for the Levan match and he did say he feels better than ever feeling really strong he even did practice pull with prudnyk so he should know! Even John said he feels stronger than he ever felt.

Ermes is correct. Anyone who wins the first two rounds is better. Period. If you can't beat a man at his best (first 2 rounds), how can you claim to be better? If you lose the first 2 rounds...and then win the later rounds...the best you can claim is that you beat a tired athlete. You did not beat him fresh. I only care about who wins the first 2 rounds. I will ALWAYS think such an athlete is better. Ermes thinks the same, which is why he ranked Dave #2. I agree.

@@alexandernanov3970 The reason one round isn't ideal is two-fold: 1.) The set-up is not always perfectly fair. 2.) An athlete may have a counter-technique that is superior to the other athlete's primary technique. In a 3 round match, none of the above excuses can be used.
