Nice video. I have always wondered about running a pipe directly across the engine rather than the current pipe which does a 90 degree turn. The pipe run would be smaller and no turn either. Not sure if possible though. One thing i am doing is getting rid of that terrible s shape bottleneck on the intake side.

CB auto makes a heat shield for the turbo outlet hose. Not sure how much it helps but probably better than nothing 🤷‍♂️

Yeah im familiar with it- it does help, but this option has more benefits.

Hi the auq engine is same as the apx in all parts from auq vorks in apx block

Nice video! Btw. I have a little problem with my TT and dont know exactly whats causing the issue. When iam in 5th geer and press the gas all the way to the floor, the engine starts going rapidly up in RPM (like you would be standing on the clutch) but the speed doesnt almost increase, if let off the gas for a sec. and press it again than it starts acting normal. I ve been having this issue for a good 2 months now. Only upgrade on the engine is BOV(HKS SSQ3 replica) but i have been running the car with it since almost half a year and it wasnt doing this.Maybe it could be something with the n249 valve system, i dont know. I would be really thankfull if somebody could help me or give me a good tip

@@BWSTT Glad to hear it, on the 2.0t I found it only changed the sound though back then I was not data logging to be able to know if anything had changed what so ever. If I had to make an educated guess its literally a few CC of space that doesn't get filled by the turbo (those few CC dont really make a noticeable change).
