My Sofawork Sorena R Block 2.5 W4 4-cylinders is a 1-3-4-2, Huninog 2.3 OHC is a 1-4-3-2 used in firing order of the Yamaha R1 Crossplane Motorcycle.

Firing order of i20...2010 petrol engine???
@sam1118808 жыл бұрын
ya not sure i full understand it since the firing order would depend on the engine configuration / cylinder configuration not just the number of cylinders so is that standard firing orders for V or inline , or other types? I mean maybe i am wrong and is more dependent on the crankshaft to connecting rods that defines the firing order not the cylinder configuration as much ... not sure still confused alittle on this

firing order depends on crankshaft design. so both 1342 and 1432 both is correct

Are you sure 1-4-3-2 is the correct firing order for a four cylinder engine, coz after the first cylinder fires, both 1 and 4 would be at the bottom dead center. So how can you fire the fourth cylinder just after firing the first one? Correct me if I am wrong.
@sandervdw17848 жыл бұрын
Not all engines have the same crank configuration, this video is kinda bs, the firing order depends on so much more than just engine configuration and most 4 inlines have a 1342, but others are possible as well. This applies to V-configurations as well, the fact that layouts are different gives the american V8 for example that "burping" sound as opposed to lets say an italian one. Google is your friend!

sure, but it is depend on crankshaft design it can 1342 or 1432 ,1243 but mostly 1342&1243 is more...

The degrees infront of the chart are incorrect.Power stroke happens at the second revolution (360-540degrees).Chart is correct though.
