Thanks aman bhai for your effort. l'm jinu from kerala . I have a rapid 1.5 TDI manual. I have problem with boost pressure solenoid valve. It always making noise like tik tik when the engine is running , even at idling. Turbo actuater is working and there is no warning lights. As the valve was making too much noise and becoming super hot, i replaced it with OEM part. But still the problem exist . Please suggest your comment.. Thanks

@@IAmanDhillon Thanks for your kind reply sir .. actually it is getting hot that will burn our hands.actually a technician got burnt from the service centre so they changed it... Checked with my friends rapid . Their solenoid is getting warm but not hot like mine. And at idling, if we hold it, we can feel that the solenoid inside is always making a to and fro movement. Anyway , planning to clean MAF and boost pressure sensors . As per the videos uploaded by you , the solenoid is connected with maf and pressure boost sensors ..

Pls suggest I have Skoda 2013 Stage 1 done. Have driven 2000km after doing so. I have just changed the battery and then all of sudden speedometer stopped and glowplug signing on. There is no pickup issue at all. Only kilometre reading stalled. Checked the ECM terminals, no ABS sensor issue detected. On scanner Speed is showing, checked speed needle motor on scanner Ok. What to check ?? All error codes are erasing but Error code P061000 cannot be cleared. What to do ??

Bhai kbhi secondary pump mai problem aa jaye uski wajah se bhi sign aata hai ye. Isme 2 pumps hote hai coolant k flow k liye 2nd pump niche radiator k just sath mai lga hota hai kbhi kbhi usme improper power supply ki wajh de bhi sign aata hai. Agr OBD tool hai to scan krlo nhi toh ik baar niche secondary coolant pump ka wiring plug nikal kr clean kr k dobara lga kr dekhlo. Hope this may solve!

Can you clearly show where to press to open that plug, seems that is important otherwise can't do anything. My car is getting started but the coil lamp and another light ( steering related I think ) on left side and ABS remains on. Is it okay to drive.

Boss, firstly I will suggest you to visit a mechanic soon, as in the video the fault was in the N75 valve in my case. But in your case the problem is with th ABS and may be with the steering rack as you mentioned earlier. If there would be any kind of problem in the car, coil light will start blinking instantly , in order to check it where is the faut you will have to perform a OBD scanning.

Ok bro jo secondary coolant hota hai motor wala jisme connector lga hota hai 3pin wala uska fault hai ik toh. Wo check kro ya toh vo pump khraab hai ya fir wiring mai problem hai. 2nd koi vacuum pipe leak ho rhi hai. Engine k manifold mai jitni air jani chahiye us se jyada kahi se enter ho rhi hai sari intake ki pipes check kro.

Hi Aman, my friend's VW polo 1.5 tdi shows the glow plug light blinking and the vehicle goes into SAFE mode. I unplugged the turbo pressure solenoid and the vehicle idles normally, otherwise its very difficult to crank it. When I check the voltage at the coupler it shows 2.33 volt. I would like to ask what is the correct voltage for the solenoid? I am confused if the solenoid is bad or its a voltage issue. If voltage issue then what should I do?

Bhai, My Skoda Laura 2 ltr TDI 2012 gets the glow plug alarm and engine light alarm. It blinks for 1 second and goes away. Car acceleration goes down. This is very random and usually (90%) comes when car has just started. Got the car scanned at Bosch service center but no code comes up. Can you suggest something.

Bro I cant be able to tell whar is the problem without knowing the fault code, but I will suggest you to purchase a scanner for your car, it will help you a lot, scan your car when the light flashes, send me the codes with no, then I will suggest u wht to do and how to do. Hi Aman, I was returning from long drive and suddenly pick dropped. Can't go above 50kmph. Glow plug light flashing and MIL came on. Got the error checked and says p020300 error. Should the injector be replaced or is it any other problem ? What is the cause of this issue, is it bad fuel? Car is rapid 2012 model and run 65000kms

@@asadeep99 This Skoda and Volkswagen cars are really high maintenance cars bro. I had to replace all the 4 fuel injectors and in kolkata 2nd hand injector costs around 12k each, so totally I had to spend 50k approx to get my car back to normal. Finally I sold my car few days before. Really bad experience with Skoda.

Bhai agr boost control pressure sensor ka fault hai toh boost control pressure sensor ki cleaning krva lo ya fir khud hi krlo, agr boost control solenoid valve ka aa rha hai to N75 valve change karna padega, jo mai is video mai khol raha hu use N75 valve kehte hain

Nope brother. In my case the fsult is related to N75 valve thats why I did that. It depends on the fault code, which part, component or sensor is misbehaving.

I’ve just bought an obd scanner specifically for my 2012 Skoda Octavia because of same problem, glow plug warning light coming on - mechanic advised me the same thing, it’s not necessarily the plugs, could be a number of other issues. Question; I’ve never used a scanner before, would it be able to identify an issue with a dirty connector, or would it be fooled into reporting a problem with something else ?

In my polo when i switch on the key it's not coming, but after ingestion when I go above 2500RPM it's start to blink and after can even touch 100 kmph, what might be the issue please let me know

There may be multiple reasons for this, the ecm is not activating the turbo, there might be some problem in the sensors or may be in the wiring. If any of the sensor will stop working properly, ecm willl generate an error. I will suggest you to perform a scanning of your car. Once diagnosed send me the screenshot of the error codes then I will tell you what to do further.

There can be multiple reasons for the glow plug light once it flashes the turbo will not operate and you will not get that thump or thrust of power as before, so inspection is needed.

Sir scan krvani pdegi apko car aiese mai kuch nhi keh skta, gadi mai bot sensor hote hain, abhi konse sensor mai problem a rhi hai vo toh scanner hi btayega aap scan krva lo aur mere ko fault code ki photo send kr dena mai aagr bta dunga aapko kya krna hai.

Do no use aftermarket, Use original one. And check the wiring once may be the wires in the connectors are crack, causing short circuit.
