Engine knocking exhaust CVVT damage found after Engine overhaul // cam broken

vehicle visit with engine knocking . After diagnosis found a code generate from exhaust ocv. we check and finally desided to dismental the engine. after engine oh we finally find the problem . foundexhaust cam broken .

So the valves have been damaged and the head has to come off.

Unfortunatrly I remove head but not a single valve damage found.
