Thanks so much. I really learned from this. I have a w211 2008 with 166kms and it is flawless. Only the V6 but it drives beautifully. I will do my own oil changes every 8.000 kms. Thanks for your great help. Stuart. Sydney Australia

Thanks for watching! Mobile 1 has been the #1 recommendation over decades also here in Europe. Then it wasn´t available any more and people freaked out... "Luckily" my car is pre-owned and I don´t know its "oil history" (it was company-owned and serviced at the Mercedes dealership) besides 5W40 having been filled in lately. So I stuck to this spec and can´t complain about Shell Helix Ultra - one of the cheaper oils here in Austria - I use ever since. Obviously this brand isn´t available in the US, and that´s why the affiliate link underneath my video connects to what I would go for if I lived over there 😇

@@AUTOdidact77 i have a 2007 w211 E320 diesel( before AdBlue) and it has a 722.9 transmission. Love the Diesel engines before DEF fluid
