Engine room Tour: Cruiseferry Tallink Silja Line M/S Silja Symphony. 28th October, 2013. Part 1

Onboard the Silja Symphony, engine room (decks 1 and 2).
This is the first part of a special engine room tour onboard the M/S Silja Symphony (1991). The tour includes some views of the 4 main Wärtsilä-Vasa 9R46 diesel engines, the auxiliary engines, the vacuum toilet system, heating and cooling system (for the engines), the workshop, among others...It was extremely interesting, and it really gave me some new perspectives on cruiseferries and ships. Not many people get to visit the engine room, so in that sense, it truly is kind of a once-in-a-lifetime experience.Just enjoy!
