when we raced the oddys the required wrist restraints or window net, id suggest you get some too cause if you roll you dont want your hands and arms flying out... just a thought

I had a 300hp sandrail... when I took people for rides I said make sure you hold your harness and not the frame so when we flipped you wouldn't lose anything... Their eyes would get really really wide at that point...

Based on the shadow it makes I’ll guess DJI phantom 4. But you should pop for that Mavic Air 2 fly more combo if budget allows.

@@strawsparky33 Stick with a DJI just for ease of use. Otherwise it's a custom job and manual controls. Looking at the one I've seen them repairing it's a small FPV drone, which is probably why they hit so many trees.

@@GrindHardPlumbingCo Fyi, if you get an electric power steering shaft, you could use it in the Moddy. I've used ones from cars in other stuff. They aren't very big, but perhaps you could get a smaller SXS or big quad unit. In my experience, they are very cheap. You could keep that steer ratio or even go larger while not breaking your wrists.

I'VE SEEN A LOT OF SWAPS IN A LOT OF COMPLETE BUILDS FROM A RUSTED FRAME LIKE Y'ALL DID BUT Y'ALL HAVE DEFINITELY PERFECTED THE CUSTOM MODIFICATIONS AS FAR AS THE STANCE AND HOW THE BODY IS SO WICKED ON THAT THING IN COMPARISON TO how any of the pilots and odysseys look only in stock and also in comparison to any other individual that attempted to modify a stock Odyssey frame but like I said y'all have done it by far better than any other that I've ever seen in years!! Hat is off. Tossed in a corner. That Oddessy front end took a BEATING and lived. Not that many, if any "professional" fabricators can come up with arms and spindles that can survive those hits and drive off, no matter how shiny the shocks are. I salute you as my new heroes.

In 1978 "we" jammed a 500 Elsinore motor into an Odyssey. Usually, once a week we had to stop and weld the frame or add new bracing somewhere. Old logging roads in SE Alaska were perfect for it but still potentially deadly. Ride safe.

That guys is the video that I’ve been waiting to see more than anything. The odyssey looks an absolute animal but at the same time really controllable and is a testament to the engineering skills that you have developed. I do say one thing though, I’m really glad that Ethan didn’t get badly hurt though as that landing looked brutal. Maybe use a neck brace from now on as like I’ve said before, once your spine is shot there ain’t much chance of fixing it, trust me I know that one only too well. Keep on ripping but most of all, stay safe 🙏🏻

Yo, that Odyssey is fucking sick! Like, hot damn, that thing rips. With that upgraded suspension on it now, it's definitely a force to be reckoned with. I'm glad you guys kept it 2 stroke, they just sound so nice. And I bet when that powerband hits feels like a damn rocket boost in that thing. Can't wait to see it fully opened up out in the dunes.
