A very famous gamer psychologist has also quoted the same stuff you guys talked about. When very high achieving people, enter a more competitive place or an institution, they will suddenly feel average or whatever, and it makes life hard for them for a while. that's the pressure you're talking about. It's crazy difficult and is one of the reasons why people develop stuff like imposter syndrome or whatever or low self esteem or self doubt. It's crazy how this flawed system still functions without any problems. What are people in a place of authority doing?!
