Part 1! Gonna be breaking this up into parts just because of how hectic exam season is this year and that I’m editing this while still going through finals season 😭 In this video, I discuss how to get motivated to start studying, since this is often the hardest part. one thing that helps me transition into studying is to use the pomodoro method to ease myself into it. i put on a study with me that has a timer and i begin planning, prepping, etc...that way i avoid feeling tired "before doing any work" and begin to procrastinate.

I’m a few days away from my spring finals in my first year of engineering, and genuinely this is so motivating. This semester has been the most academically challenging that I have ever encountered (and I’m sure it will get worse lol). I totally agree that starting is the hardest part.
