I see another way to find moment of F2 couple, instead of splitting vector to components, you can just find distance between lines of action of F2 which forms right triangle with d4, so distance is d4 * sin(theta)

How does a force going up and a force going down generate a clockwise rotation? I don't understand how you've determined that?

Imagine that bar is not anchored and two forces are applied to it, left pushing it up and right pushing it down, which way would it rotate?
