The first game was infinite too, but it was a constant floor, and you had only solid shapez with all 4 quadrants. Orientation also mattered in that game on shape goal, so lots of improvements in the sequel. Too bad he didn't get to the paint part, because as someone following the development, the paint is treated as a liquid in this game and requires pipes instead of belts.

As someone who bought Shapez because of your original video, glad you're looking at the sequel, but it's just making me want to play the game because the first one was so addicting. The figuring out "how do I make this shape" and then later "how do I optimize so that my belts are always full."

@@MalfunctionNeo of course, how could I forget that. Also, now that I've played most of the demo, it looks like paint might be only in the full game. For all your early things, let’s take a semi circle for example. Instead of using a destroyer and destroying half the output, you can replace it all with cutters/splitters to have double the output. Example: Say you want to make a semi-circle semi-square (rectangle) which looks like this: (S means square C means circle) SC SC If you use a destroyer, half the output is destroyed because when you use it gets erased. As to when you use a cutter/splitter it gets separated into two conveyors which looks like this: I tried to draw the conveyors with text but it didn’t work sadly but i think you know what i mean P.S. im only halfway in the video so if you figure it out i guess all this typing was useless
