Sir what is the use of hard mask? You said it was made from oxide. So is the composition of hard mask , oxide and gate oxide layer same or different ? If different then why ?

Hi sir, Initially Id depends upon vgs and vds but as soon as it reach saturation it depends upon vds because of short channel effect

Great video! Only suggestion is at kzbin.info/www/bejne/j6TWc2mPh5WZisk you say it's Isotropic Etch but the high aspect ration comes from Anisotropic directional etch. Isotropic would etch in all directions and not give you that nice fin. Great video.
