Sir I didn't understood that 8 bit binary number.it is also 2 digit hex number means??? In same way 16 bit also 4 digit hex number??? Pls give me reply sir?

8 bits can be combined in 2^8 ways. Means 256 combinations. Similarly because each hexadecimal number has 16 values, 2 hexadecimal numbers will make 16x16 combinations. Which is also equal to 256. 😊

Sir how to find memory size for 16 bit address line and 8 bit data line ?

16 bit address means 2^16 = 64K and 8 bit data means Byte, hence 64KB is the size of memory.

hi sir. in this topic the bits associated with each address in 8K AND 32K memory is not clear. does both hold 8 bits of data in each address?
