Some old singer machines have a bobin case housing that rotates horizontally under the needle plate. If you mount an oil stone or grinding wheel to that somehow…. Could flatten chisels, hone stuff, sharpen tiny drill bits, debur, ect. Also, that little vacuum pump is a really cool idea; subscribed

Sounds like a bobbin winder attachment that most sewing machines have would be exactly what you need for your wire winding projects. May need to scale it up some though.
