Design and Construction of the Timahoe North Solar Farm

Two of Ireland's leading energy providers, Bord na Móna and ESB, are constructing a new solar farm at Timahoe North, Co Kildare as part of a wider solar energy joint venture between the two companies. Once operational, the 180 MWp project will provide enough energy to power the equivalent of around 25,000 homes supporting the delivery of more green energy in line with Ireland's renewable energy targets.
