Been watching England since Michael Owen was 18 and scored the goal against Argentina. I'm Canadian with English grandparents and I love the team. I only watch EURO and World Cup. Sadly this tournament is reminiscent of the Rooney team in Africa who drew the USA and had a quick exit. I don't know the game like you guys do but all I know is the passing isn't working we need guys to start running the ball like crazy on every possession once someone is beaten it opens up the pass. This team has to be given the green light to attack relentlessly and in the way the players want regardless of the consequences defensively. load up the midfield and keep Kane as the sole striker, start striking from the midfield from distance like the Brazilians did in the golden era. I've never understood why England players don't strike from distance. If you watch the goals scored AGAINST England they are all from distance but we don't do the same thing. Always trying to head one in from 5 feet from the goal line isn't realistic. Surely these guys are smarter than this.
