Sometimes it's moments that make the difference. Gareth alluded to how Ronald was constantly changing the shape of his team and Gareth managed to effectively counteract it. England were woeful in the group stage and didn't shine after that. Not only because it was no faul and just a normal block where Kane and Dumfries toched each other's feet, but also because that nitpicking VAR was not so nitpicking when it missed the hands ball from Saka before the ball went to Kane.
