The ref forgot 2 or 3 faults that could have changed the match in favor of England, and even though you guys had 2 penalties, the referee's decisions were very much leaning towards the French best interests. Giroud is a monster, Tchouaméni is proving to be a future giant, Griezmann is at his prime, Lloris is definitely one of the strengths of this team, Mbappe's presence is absolutely compulsory for he's so good, but we should have lost tonight :')

And even with that, we're on the semi-finals. It's amazing, to us it's a already a victory. Deschamps is an amazing coach. He has built a team, not only an addition of top players. That's why a blocking strategy on Mbappé didn't work, because we can play without him, with all our team. As a supporter it's hard to stand, to see our team lay down and wait for the right time to score. But in the end we win, and that's all that matters considering how the team was built.

What an intense game it was ! Truly a world class match. Our (french) attacks were deadly, and that compensated for english superiority in the play. Referee was not very good, but it didn't impact the result since VAR correctly analyzed the actions afterwards. Especially that stupid fault from Hernandez which gave England its second penalty kick. After that, I have the feeling that we can really aim at the title (even if Morocco is a team that deserve utmost respect after what they have done). England was by far the best opposition we got, and it's possible it will remain so after the competition is over. Congratulations to England for that very good game. But there could be only one winner, and I'm glad, and proud, it was us.
