The British Embassy don't give af about their citizens in Korea, just enjoy parties and hiring butlers. Just ask anyone in the British Expats FB group. One of the most useless sadly compared to the other British Embassy's around the world I have experienced. The service I received from the embassy in Japan was amazing and even the Ambassador herself had time for me unlike the employees here who are just rude and fob you off right from the front desk. Pretty much any fellow Brit can testify to that. Glad you had a good time though, they are different when it comes to VIP's or needing influencers for their events but not us simpletons
