Wish they’d wear navy shorts. France’s crest is hard to miss. Portugal’s asymmetrical collar annoys me way more than it probably should.

Great video. Delighted ye are back. Would 100% agree the Germany away is potentially the shirt of the tournament. If Germany go on to win it, the history coupled with the brave design itself means we could have an icon on our hands. Personally not impressed by Nikes collars. But the material seems really great on the shirts. The Nike France away is my personal favourite of the bunch, I picked that one up. The badge is sensational. Really appreciate this video is highlighting the value of the replica kits and marking them in a different way. As a predominant collector of replica shirts I buy to wear, wash and continue to wear. It’s important to acknowledge the two different purposes of the replica and authentics.

The two England Nike shirts are the best Nike have launched in some time. Having said that, Adidas have taken it up a level with all their international kits for both home and away: Germany, Scotland, Belgium, Wales are all amazing shirts. The Wales away shirt is gorgeous. The Belgian Away shirt is highly original, and also just stunning including the shorts. As a Villa fan so happy we have Adidas shirts 24/25 season!

Nike offered the German FA more than double the money Adidas currently pays. Adidas came with an offer of their own but it actually was even less than their current contract.

Actually the authentic one features the flag pattern on the lower arm. You can see it on the players. And I think it looks better this way

even though i get your point about the logo size balancing out with the crest size, i do appreciate more when the manufacturer's logo isn't as big. thanks for your remark about deleting the negatives depending on the tournament's regulation or federation, i never realised measuring "the box"/deleting the negatives was a thing... i just always found those latest adidas shirts to have their logo too big for my liking i remember recently Hummel fired shots at (i believe it was indeed) adidas over their logos size, saying "it is not about us wink wink" and i think that was beautiful welcome back, lads!

And I don't expect this to be 'just another' jersey review channel, but for me to really learn the science and business behind a jersey. Why is it designed and made in a certain way? I am Scottish & honestly I like the England home shirt design minus the woke flag on the back it's what a home shirt should be for me classic with a modern twist in terms of the neckline. I do like Germany home shirt, but out of the two I give the vote to the England home shirt. In terms of the way shirt I think Nike hit it out of the park with an England away shirt an away shirt should be something radically different looking, not classic. I always cheer on Germany if Scotland dont quality as I knew how the English mainstream media love Germany so much. but I do not think people will look back on the Germany away shirt in years to come affectionately at all I think it's something the woke brigade will love for a short time & quickly forget in a few years time when the fuss has died down you will find in in charity shops & at a massive discount online in the near future. 1 : England home 2 : Germany home 3 : England away 4 : Germany away. My favourite so far is the new Ajax away shirt . Not 100% sold on the Adidas template this time around on all shirts. Nike is definitely experimenting with necklines. I have the Netherlands home shirt I expect it to sell well up here in Scotland for none football reasons but personally I have been a fan of Dutch football since 1995, but my passion for dutch football really took off in 1998 thanks to my college art teacher he had friends in Rotterdam, how where all Feyenoord fans he used to bring in copys of Voetbal International to look through give us art idea's Alan Shields Hamilton South Lanarkshire Scotland.

In terms of France I cant make my mind up if I like that away shirt or not even after seeing it in person. The Cockerell is rather large & I dont know if I am a fan of the Cockerell crest being quite so large but I understand why Nike have done it if you look back at the 50's shirt & look at The French rugby union team the Cockerell is just as large if not larger. I had a French Rugby union shirt & because The Cockerell was so large on the chest it was extremely uncomfortable to have on bought it online.

Really shocked to hear your praise for the size of the Adidas logo, even going as far to say it balances out the crests. From what I’ve seen across the board this season, the Adidas logo looks far too big and completely overpowers the crests - Arsenal’s cannon being a prime example. As if having 3 stripes on everything across the board is enough, they’ve created more distraction when a more refined logo would have worked just as well. Giant adidas logos on the balls too that look awkwardly sized on the panels. Reeks of the stereotype of a client wanting to ‘make the logo bigger’. Looks terrible on Juventus shirts taking up most of the stripe. Think you’ve hit the post with your comments IMO and Adidas have skyed it into row Z! 😂

It's a fair opinion. We like the Adidas logo because it's such a simple form. Once we're seeing it that size on multiple teams every week the novelty might wear off though.

Neither of you seem to have all that much national pride. Quite the opposite, in fact. Strange to raise the topic at the end. This has been a dreadful tournament for kits broadly speaking. Not only the designs, but with most matches being seemingly a team in all white versus a team in all red. Of the shirts discussed, the less said about both change shirts the better. OK for an MLS away kit, perhaps, but not for two traditional giants. Nike have never produced a great England kit, and on several occasions seem to have given France’s away shirt more consideration. Good to see some improvement with Adidas. They have even given Juve a half decent shirt for next season. Perhaps they’re ill. I also note there’s no problem with a representation of a German flag. As long as Nike marketing execs who’d sell their grandmothers for a penny on the share price “reimagine” the cross of St. George.
