Scotland have only qualified for the world cup 8 times since 1930. England have qualified 14 times, been in 6 quarter finals and had one win. We never expect England to win, only to do well. Times are changing too, England are starting to look good, if you see the youth players coming through the ranks now... I have high hopes for the future of English football. Players like Harry Kane are coming through now, and even just Man United's youth are going to be awesome players for England. James Wilson, Reece James, Tyler Blackett, Nick Powell, Jesse Lingard etc. In 5 years these players are gonna be good.

Scotland have been ultra consistent for over a decade - No World Cup 2002, 2006, 2010 or 2014, No European Championship 2000, 2004, 2008 , 2012. Lol no England actually struggled to do that,and were lucky scoring the only goal they got in open play against 10 men.Scotland mist our best players in the Fletchers,even Charlie Adam starting with them,would have given England all sorts of problems.We just do not have the squad,to replace these kind of players just now like bigger nations like England have.Defending let Scotland down at set pieces,England are larger than us have more height.It was hardly creative football scoring that way.

Been watching the Edinburgh festival,there is a high number of comics going on about the referndum,and about what its like to be English.Everything that you say that you hate us doing,talking about our nationality.When I see comedy its jokes that I want and good stories of humour,not some fat bald guy going on about his wife and about being English.Or that skinny bearded guy,walking round the stage like somebody has slipped him some shrooms,killing time as he has got no act and limited jokes.
