29 minutes the injury to Abby Dow was clearly serious you could hear her scream over the mic. Looking at the injury to Abby Dow it looks like it may have been an English player that caused the injury. Interestingly a year later she was back playing rugby and rnning at speed.

Love the little snipe about amateur v professional fitness the welsh forwards are just fat and lacking personal disipline to lose weight this is why the welsh rfu will not put money into this team untill they show some desire to move on
