★STORY↓
The man has returned to Earth! Named Riku Asakura (played by Tatsuomi Hamada), he is the young man who transforms into Ultraman Geed. However, he’s not the only one who has come to Earth. The Last Judgmenter Gillvalis, who once tormented Geed, has returned to Earth once again! Don’t look away as our two brave heroes face down an unprecedented crisis!
★Series Synopsis
Once, shards of evil called “Devil Splinters” were scattered across space, throwing the galaxy into chaos. At that time, Ultraman Z, a new member of the Inter Galactic Defense Force who sought out Ultraman Zero as a mentor, comes down to Earth while chasing the Ferocious Space Shark Genegarg. On Earth, the Anti-Monster Robot Force STORAGE is formed to face down the monsters that appear on a daily basis. In his first battle, Z merges with Haruki Natsukawa, a new pilot of STORAGE. Together, they rise up to protect the peace! However, behind the scenes, the parasitic lifeform Celebro has set a terrifying plot into motion…

In the early 1970s, as a child, I watched the 1966 Ultraman (dubbed version). I loved it! In 2015, more than 40 years later, Ultraman X became available to North America with subtitles! I watched it with my godson, and we LOVED LOVED LOVED it! Thank you sooooooooo much for making Ultraman available to us!

When this episode first aired, I practically screamed when Geed/Riku showed up. I sang his theme so freaking loud and was nearly crying. Geed was the first season I watched while it aired and holds a very special place in my heart. So seeing Riku’s return...just...YES. Side note. I haven’t seen Absolute Conspiracy in English, but just hearing it in the ad...wow does it sound super weird...

It's awesome to hear Ultraman Geed's English voice in human form as well as Juggler's. His visit in this episode is one of my favorites in this series. It's even awesome to hear Z and Geed talking in English. I've seen Ultraman Geed talk in English back inUGF, but I never heard Riku. The dubbing is real awesome.

I certainly prefer the look over Ultimate Final. I can see it being stronger than most Fusion Rises (besides maybe Royal Megamaster) because it uses the power of 3 instead of 2 Ultras (or _5_ if you count the Ultraman/Belial necessary to become vanilla Geed in the first place)

Yeah, but once you view both perspectives you'll get used to it as English/American-speakibg live action hero films usually speak like this but on the other side of things with Japanese it may sound 'normal' to foreign speakers and a bit cheesy to natives. I guess it's all about where you're from.

Dub has been pretty good so far, I'm looking forward to hear Geed/Riku's english voice and his catchphrase before transforming In terms of voice, i prefer Geed's UGF VA more, however whoever voiced Geed/Riku in this episode did a splendid job! Gilvaris/Gilbaris's eng voice is perfect if you ask me, liking his voice during the flashback. Can't wait to watch the next episode and see Gok- *cough* Zero in action along with Geed & Z.

Okay, I'll admit, the first time I watched Ultraman Z a few years back, I hadn't watched Ultraman Geed yet, so, while Geed showing up was cool to me, it didn't really mean that much to me at the time. However, I have since watched Ultraman Geed, and I absolutely loved it. But, let me tell you, even though I was definitely way more excited about this episode because of that, I was not expecting what would happen to happen. So, what happened? Well, the very moment Geed appeared on screen, and especially once his theme song started playing, before I even realized it, there were tears falling from my eyes. I guess I liked him even more than I thought, and I already thought I liked him quite a bit! So, yeah, I got pretty emotional. And, since this is my first comment on the English dub of this series, I just want to say that, holy heck, this dub has actually been awesome. You can tell that all the VAs are going all out to give the best performances they can. So, I definitely consider this to be a top-tier dub. I can't believe I was ever wary of it at first.

Seeing Episode 6 once ( from 2 years ago ) was fun, seeing it again, now dubbed in English, ultra-stupendous!! Hearing Riku Asakura/ Geed, Gillvalis, and even Taro in English, I'm enjoying this, really I AM! Galaxy Rising, Geed's 7th Form, is a more advanced form of Primitive, Bionic in every sense of the word. Seeing Geed and Zett together was outstanding, and next Saturday, Geed battles an adversary from 6 years ago, Pendanium Zetton ( my spelling is off ), back as part of Celebro's early evil deeds. This English Dub of Ultraman Z is an ultra-blast, and I can't wait to see how the rest will turn out, I might be compelled to comment/ react to some of the episodes, since I haven't did so 2 years ago...worth a go NOW!

*It has been 3 years but I hope it's not too late to say this. I've to admit that I actually prefer the Japanese version more than English Dub. Don't get me wrong, it sounds a lot cooler, neat, and Original just like Ultraman Z Original!😅. English Dub kinda gives me an anime vibe when you watch anime in Eng Dub* *-I'm in trouble😥*

Nah I get you there. The dubs fine and all, but a lot of what they say is translated beat for beat. It’d be top notch if some of what they said was reworded to make the dialogue more natural. Catchphrases could be simplified or have more variations. Ex. Haruki saying “okay” all the time. He could change that up depending on the situation “alright!” “..sure?” “Yes sir!” Or when he’s super pumped up about to transform (like with Delta Rise Claw) he lets out an exited sort of war cry “YAAAH!!” Geed’s catchphrase definitely needs some rewording in English, doesn’t have that zing that the sub has.

I have been trying to give the dub a chance but it doesn't have the same feel and intensity. Plus why use a English dub on a character who already speaks both English and Japanese? I'm referring to the episode when they tried to get funding for the new robot. One of the members of the board in the original audio spoke both languages. When the english dub happened they completely changed and had someone else dub. But that's just my opinion about this.
