Thanks for the information, it’s really very helpful. Regarding the tooth paste, which was only about 10 ml /grams left, I just want to explain that what the security officer meant was the size of the container, which only up to 100 ml / grams is allowed to be carried on the plane. Though the content of tooth paste was only 10 ml / grams but the container size of the tooth paste was 225 ml / grams (for example), the security officer will still have to confiscate the tooth paste due to the security requirement. If the remaining tooth paste is 10 ml / grams in the 100 ml / grams tooth paste container, the security officer will allow you to bring it on the plane. I can guarantee that. My worse experience was in Mascate, Oman.I forgot my Swiss knife( I usually used it for eat fruit on the beach) in my backpack. Nothing happen in Goa airport but when I arrived in Mascate, change my flight, security stopped me and confiscate my knife. I hope no problem in December when I will return to India through Mascate airport.

I've seen airport officers gets really annoyed & frustrated when they are giving instructions to a person that doesn't really understand them. Although I always expect them to be more understanding as it is an international airport. But then again it's not easy dealing with hundreds of passengers in a daily basis. 😄

Great video. well I was going to United Arab Emirates it's super hot there. so I couldn't forget my suncreen. i knew it was forbidden to carry liquids inside the carry-on baggage but anyway I tried to pass through the guards because I was late. but the Brazilian federal police discarded my 2 pots of sunscreen . just it.

Two years ago, I went to Minnesota when my coworker and I arrive at the Saint Paul airport, the airport security said to my colleague stretch out your arms he didn't stretch out his arms because he doesn't speak English and the aiport security told him go go and I had to talk him my coworker doesn't speak English. The airport security told me, really? I can't stop my laugh.

Oh! My experience with the security when i went vacation in Germany. I used a back pack and i put a piece of shaving blade. But the back pack has too much small pockets that even the security did not knew where to get it. And it cause our flight delayed. "Mark kindly check my english pkease,"

Hola teacher...this video is very useful and informative... my experience was funny instead in the airport, I came to airport and register my big baggage, after I went to the control area, there I took off my shoes, sweater, the belt, also I placed my small baggage in the conveyor belt, when passed the scan lady and asked me Can you open your baggage? off course I opened and she told me you can´t pass this (two pices 400 ml) juices because contain than 200 ml and she told me this is confiscated or if you would like, you drinking the juice, I thought oh God I will drink the juices, you know two juices of 400 ml I drank quickly I couldn´t drink any more was tragic. bye bye amigo see you over in the next episode, take care

I remeber clearly when in airport of Turkey i couldn't take Fanta and Sprite in a metal bottless. The metal scanner has detected it, and I took it off from baggage, and threw into trash box :)

Usually when you're at a transit airport, you have to go through security again but not customs. So you don't have to deal with a declaration form.

Once we wanted to travel to Greese. My son put his clothes in an army bag given to him by Israrli army (we live in Israel). They took him for a soldier in the army. They made us wait and wait. Told us that the luggage is lost. we went to our hotel. After afew days they gave it back. Told us we should pay for the taxi which brought back my son's luggage !!!!! we paid of course.

Ha ha Mark, do not expect logic or intelligence from people from uniformed services like police, customs etc. In Poland we have a good joke about it - "do you know why a policeman shot in the head dies after ten minutes? Because the bullet needs time to find the brain". When it comes to my worst experience with airport security I was once picked up to random control. I was pat down, etc. It made my so nervous that I forgot my backpack. Then I needed to make it sent from the lost and found office what set me back about 40 euros, but things into this backpack were worth more than this fee.

Well .we were lifting holland very fast to the airport when I discovered that my daughter forgot her facial medicine at the bathroom....so I put it in my handbag....it was expensive....at the airport they took it and throw it in the carrbage in front of my eyes 😥

One day I had a flight to go to USA i had with me my little dog in his suitcase, the guy told me to go throught the detector and I said: yes, of course buy I have my dog and he told me to put in the basket and he went with my bourse, my shoes, my belt, after that another man told me no, not the dog but he was already Inside. I understood that they were in fault, I was angry but I said nothing. Five months later my dog had a cancer!!!!
