Hai sir, In third question it is starting with the word "although" giving the hint that the tone will be changing soon. And if we analyse the second part of the sentence, it is "nevertheless concerned" gives a negative tone to the sentence. Wouldn't this mean that the initial blank should be filled with the positive toned word and shouldn't the option be a) ?.

In option 'a' exhibiting is wrong, because with 'perverting' (strongly negative word) you can't use a positive word. It doesn't make sense. I agree with your tone change argument.

Hey Akshita, I think you should first of all start reading quality articles and note the words that you find new. Keep doing it for 1-2 hours daily for the next 2 weeks. There are two books for Vocab that are my personal favourite: 1. 6 weeks to word of power by Wilfred Funk 2. Word Power by Norman Lewis You can pick any of them asap and start doing it’s sessions! All the best :)

Hey Tanya, actually rapid is correct, but 'placed' is wrong, that's why we eliminate it. Spawned it better word when saying that a new middle man industry came into existence. If we use 'placed' then we need another predicate, to answer 'placed' where? So, I put spawned as the answer. But anyway, it is english, there can be multiple ways of saying same thing. So no issue, you may be right! :D
