I lived in some city in Southern China where we didn't have air conditioning, so we opened windows at night and had a mosquito net over our beds. Fun fact! Bacteria plays a very small part in Stinking Bishop's smell. The cheese is washed with Perry, a pear based alcohol, daily and the brew continues to ferment which leads to Stinking Bishop being VERY stinky
