When he says "Without me, the world will be yours, and maybe with him, the world will be yours", he's mainly refering to the fact that she would have more opportunities without Damso and maybe even more with her current partner. In French, he uses the first yours (toi) which refers to Sabrina (the woman in the clip), and a second yours (vous) which represents both the woman and her partner that she's cheating on. Essentially, here Damso is kinda trying to say that without him, things will probably be better for her, even more so if she sticks with the other guy, but then again, she will forget him if that happens, so he's kinda stuggling to make a decision; follow what is good for her or what would be good for himself?

In French we say "to take someone on a boat ride" in English it would be "lead someone up a garden path" I think... taking someone for a fool and keeping them on a leash so to say. So this boat is just a metaphor for their relationship. My personal favorites are "Respecte R" & "Bruxelles vie", so good !

Damso commented on an interview about this “controversial” line. He was really presented as a sexist, misogynist. He did defend his point of view and why he wrote that bar. The line during the interview was taken out of context but when you listen to the whole song and understand the story and meaning behind it, it makes perfect sense. That’s what I enjoy about damso, he only talks about things he’s lived, the way he lived them, in a very straight forward way.

to be honest he says some weird statement because he's very confused. The part where he says that if he cheats its OK but not if the girl cheats, he then follows by "well yes and no" which means he's just confused and hurt and he tries to find answers on why he's mad she's gone. The same thing for the chorus, his heart dances the macarena means he doesn't know how to feel about all that

You need to understand what damso’s philosophy is to understand all the sex allusions and all.
