Yes, Cracking oswp can help in getting a job. But, no certification can guarantee it. With certification you get an added advantage and knowledge.

hii ethical sharmaji sir(Sorry i dont know your name) i have a question regrading to my carrer i am in last year of my bca now and i have 2 carrer options 1st is frontend development and 2nd is application security and i need job after my graduation early as possible where should i go ? i have interest in both side but not able to make decign can you please help me sorry for my bad english i hope you got it what i want to say

Both are good. It depends on your interest. You will grow twice if you find your area of interest. My recommendation would be application security as in dev there is a lot of competition.
