If you listen the song "Buenos Aires", will see she is more with Argentine (nostalgic) cause she lives in Spain. She was born in Argentina, where tango is heard but, tango has nothing to do with salsa. You are not blame, it is the education you receive in your countries. The northern countries (EEUU and Europe), has not education about the diversity of Latin America. We are very diverse in culture, only only speak spanish and in different ways. Salsa is from Caribbean part of Latin America region.

Belicosa is warlike, in mi opinion Naty is unique because the lyrics is global art, not feminist is a litle bizarre, exaggerated, playing with the idea (masculine, patriarchal) about the power. Your confidence (and your body) challenge with great grace. Y dont't know very much Beyonce's music but they have similar things. Musically la Salsa is very god, sound like old Gloria Stefan album "Mi tierra", excelent cuban music.

Argentina don't have salsa....Tango or cumbia

@@Znix2841 The above comment is true, this is not a typical sound or rhythm of ours. We are cumbia, cuarteto, folklore and tango, also rock because we make a lot of bands of rock which were and are now listrning in Latin America (the most famous band here were Soda Stereo, which a lot of famous musicians want to make them be in the walk of fame on Hollywood. Imagine that the band's singer was so good, Gustavo Cerati, that the band The Police had summoned him to be the lead singer and replace Sting). They are typical sounds of Argentina, but they are also heard in Chile, Uruguay and Paraguay, except for tango, which is only typical of Argentina and Uruguay as they are brother countries. The other rhythms (salsa and reggaeton) are typical of other countries, especially northern Latin America and Central America. But Reggaeton have been so popularized that they are heard all over Latin America as well as in the rest of the world. Salsa is not heard as much in our country, but much more in the rest of the continent, but that's okay. It is obvious to me to explain this because we are many countries that speak Spanish and they are not all the same, but I understand that you do not know the Latin American culture. Also we have a very different accent and way to talk. Nathy Peluso, the singer of this song, is from Argentina, but she moved to Spain when she was a child (8yo) so when she was growing up she joins choirs with latin people from all the continent, like cubans and central americans, who were inmigrants too like her, so when she sings she has all the mixes in her language , words and style, which makes her more complete and it makes it more accessible to the rest of the countries and has a much greater variety of styles, so thats makes her more musically interesting. And also that latin rhytms are hot now. Yesterday she sings in Montreux Jazz Festival, in Switzerland. So she is doing well. She also sang before in hotels and bars, jazz songs and soul. Try to find on KZbin her covers of Nina Simone and Billie Holiday, also her theme Buenos Aires y Agarrate. In that last song, she sings a tango mixed with rap and reggaeton, very interesting.
